About the role

We would like to welcome you as our new colleagues in the area of Learning Consulting throughout Sweden. We are looking for you as a (Senior) Learning Consultant for our offices in Gothenburg or Stockholm.

In this role you work in close collaboration with Head of Learning Consulting and future Learning Consultant colleagues, to continuously develop and strengthen Brights Learning Consulting business unit, as well as working actively to reach our yearly Learning Consulting targets. This includes being a part of developing the client offer and optimizing the internal structures, to ensure effective and qualitative sales- and delivery processes. Besides taking active part in developing the business unit, the Learning Consultants main mission is to work with delivering advisory, consulting and training mandates to clients. To ensure we grow our business, the Learning Consultant also work with different sales activities, to widen existing client collaborations as well as reaching new clients.

Job duties

The primary goal is to establish the new business field of Learning Consulting together with Head of Learning Consulting. The following range of tasks is part of your role:

  • The Identification of new growth areas within the new corporate division and derivation of concrete fields of action.
  • Advisory, consulting and management of transformation projects (design and implementation) for our customers.
  • Active development of a competence network and further education in the field of learning and transformation.
  • Identification and development of new learning formats, methods, tools and technologies.
  • Leading and facilitating workshops, trainings and events to disseminate our vision of learning.
  • Work proactively to make Brights a true learning partner, and a thought leader within the area of learning.

We are looking for

  • Fun, drive and passion to change the world of learning, take on challenges and design new customer solutions.
  • Experience from consulting or leading organizational development projects.
  • Experience and expertise withing the area of Learning & Development.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops, lectures and/or trainings.
  • Enjoy developing and presenting concepts and solutions both fluently in Swedish (C2) and English (C2)

Our application process for the position as (Senior) Learning Consultant:

Recruitment process: The first step in the recruitment process is to apply with your CV or LinkedIn, no Cover Letter is necessary. If you fulfill the requirements for the position, you will then receive an email asking you to complete two tests by Assessio. One is a personality mapping which takes about 20 minutes to complete, the other a cognitive ability test which takes 12 minutes to complete. The reason why we use tests is to ensure a solid and fair recruitment process focusing on potential for the position we are hiring for rather than your CV. If you proceed, the next step is a telephone interview and later a behavioral descriptive interview with Julia Granström, Head of Learning Consultant at Brights.
