As an HR Manager you are going to support our growing organization in our Sweden location. You will contribute with both hands-on and strategic support of our leads through recruiting, performance management and talent management to cultivate an innovative, fast paced, and inclusive culture.

  • Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries for the location, by understanding and being able to communicate and explain local policies and procedures
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting
  • Partner closely with HR Group Lead on global strategy and execution
  • Provide support on Recruiting activities
  • Partner with Finance and Labor consultants on Payroll and Legal aspects
  • Manage HR related vendor relations (insurances, broker, payroll provider)
  • Understand local compliance topics and labour law legislation for the location

Vi söker dig som

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Specialist or Manager role
  • Experience in multicultural and fast paced organization
  • Demonstrated experience on project management, change management, and ability to execute autonomously
  • Effective communication and problemsolving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices particularly on Talent Management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Excellent spoken and written English


  • You speak more languages, preferable Swedish
