Therefore, we are now strengthening our Group People & Performance team with a new People & Performance Partner!

The People & Performance Partner’s primary focus is to support, develop and train our managers within AW Group Management and staff functions in the People & Performance process. The responsibilities include supporting organizational and workforce planning, communication- and implementation plans, how to balance structure and culture, as well as ensuring compliance to local labour law. You will have an essential role in implementing group processes and initiatives, making sure they fit the needs of the specific function. A part of your role is also to support managers in handling challenging employee cases.

You will report to Group People & Performance Director and be surrounded by kind, ambitious and fun colleagues with varied backgrounds and experiences, working together to achieve excellence. The Group People & Performance team is located in Stockholm, but since you will be supporting managers in several companies in other European countries, this might include trips to these countries as well.

Arbetsuppgifter

• Support and develop managers within the People & Performance process to increase co-worker and manager engagement

• Support managers in identifying onboarding activities and tailor introduction programs

• Train and develop new and existing managers through an introduction and ongoing training

• Ensure we follow local labour law

• Work with change management & communication; implement and support managers and management team in organizational changes

• Take an active part in challenging, implementing, supporting, and sharing best practice within the People & Performance process

Vi söker dig som

• Academic degree within HR, economics, behavioral science or equivalent

• Minimum two years of experience gained in a similar role, including hands-on experience in managing end-to-end people processes in a fast-paced context

• Experience from working in a differentiated environment, supporting managers in diverse companies, functions, and/or countries

• Advisory skills, knowledge and experience of applying local employment law, preferably Swedish

• Strong communicator with excellent English skills, both written and spoken

It is desirable if you have

• Experience from working as a manager

• Experience of using HR systems, an extra plus for Bob

• Any of the languages; Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German and/or French

Contract: Full-time, permanent employment

Location: The Group People & Performance team main office is situated in Stockholm, but our co-workers are located in all our countries. In this position you can work from any of our operative offices in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany or Switzerland.

Process: The first step in the recruitment process is to complete two tests by Assessio, one is a personality mapping and the other is a cognitive ability test.
