Do you have experience in customer service or sales? Are you service minded, well organized and able to prioritize? Then you could be our clients next Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have e central roll, working close to customer, sales manager, logistic, finance and engineering departments. You will be a part of sales organization Automotive Sales Sweden.

About the role

Your day-to-day work

As a Customer Service Representative you will work with order handling; monitor electronic orders in SKFs systems and safeguard that deliveries are in line with Services Level Agreements (SLAs). You will handle daily contacts with customers, factories and other stakeholders by phone and email. You will also manage cash collection and overdues and customer complaints with a balanced sense of urgency and high level of proficiency.

We are looking for

We expect you to have/be

  • Experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • You are well organized and can handle stress and are able to prioritize/deadlines
  • Good level of Swedish and English (oral / written)


  • Experience in SAP
  • Good technical understanding
