Are you a recent finance or legal studies graduate, or a young professional in finance with an interest in an administrative finance role in a purpose-driven Private Equity Real Estate company? NREP has undergone significant growth in recent years and is today an organization with a versatile real estate development portfolio. We have identified a need to have a responsible person for both day-to-day administrative finance tasks as well as assisting to develop administrational processes in the finance part of the business. You will drive and coordinate the work areas independently with close coordination and support from the local finance team and other stakeholders.
The office is centrally located, at Regeringsgatan. NREP is in the new Urban Escape neighborhood right next to the mall.

For example, you will:
- Have the ownership for Swedish bank administration, including opening and closing bank accounts, handling KYC processes, and working closely with NREP Treasury.
- Working closely with the local finance team assisting with their fund company operations
- Communication with both internal and external parties, such as Board members, Luxembourgian Custodians, auditors, Governmental officials
- Have the possibility to create and develop daily tasks and processes with the guidance of your colleagues across the organization in various countries.
- Document management:
o Coordinate signatures of physical documents as well as administer electronic signatures together with Legal and Group Support
o Create application forms for various authorizations, such as Skatteverket and Kronofogden.
o Responsible for archiving and updating data in various company systems
o Possibility to enhance processes around document management by various tools such as mail merge, Outlook functions etc and drafting process descriptions of document management
We are looking for
You can be a recent graduate in finance or legal or a young professional. You should have some experience from an administrational or finance position. An interest in creating, automating and maintaining processes. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is important.
But most importantly you are a fast learner, your working style is accurate and structured and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where many things are in progress simultaneously.
You will most likely enjoy working with NREP if you are a proactive and confident person, willing to actively work with hands-on tasks and develop the administrational processes together with the different internal parties. When needed, you can take the lead firmly but diplomatically. You have a clear communication style and others would define you as a very collaborative colleague.
This is truly international position and English is our main working language in addition to Swedish, so you should be fluent in both.
